Renewable Heat Incentives (RHIs)
From 1st April 2011, payments are due to be made by the energy companies for every unit of heat generated by a solar thermal system. These Renewable Heat Incentives will replace grant funding which ceased in May 2010. A suitable system fitted now will qualify for RHIs.

Solar (FIT) Feed In Tariffs
In April 2010 the government launched the Solar feed in tariffs guaranteeing that your energy supplier will pay you an above market rate per unit (kWh), for all the energy your PV system generates over a 25 year period.
Not only that, you will also benefit from savings on bought in electricity for you use in your home, and also additional payments for any green electricity you sell back to the grid!

Other Grant schemes & support for installation of efficient and environmentally friendly heating technologies
There is various grant schemes/Incentives & Initiatives available. All claims should be submitted and approved prior to the purchase and the installation.
